Jim Hewitt
I've started to receive some video shot by our audience from the September 3rd show. I'm hoping to compile something for everyone to see soon. I'll post it here so keep looking
Also, this Saturday we're playing a benefit at JT Walkers in Mahomet. We're playing early (8pm) followed by Jenny and Stacey's cover band Main Street Band. See the info on the events page and come out and support this worthy cause if you are able.

Spent the evening in Pogo Studio in Champaign with the band tonight tracking Pass It On. David Howie and I will be sitting in with the Delta Kings while Matt is away tomorrow night in Savoy at Savoy Orchard Days. We start at 10pm. It should be a very interesting one-off for all of us. Be sure to check it out., Thank you to everyone who came out last night. I was at first disappointed that we had to move the show inside because of the weather (thanks to Jenny and Kevin for the pep talk) but it turned out to be a fantastic and memorable evening. The audience was GREAT and it was really fun to talk to lots of you after the show. And of course a huge thank you to my musical family: Tommy Garza, Kevin McGuire, Stacey Krejci and Jenny Carpenter from the Three Chord Circus. They put a ton of effort in to making this be as good as it was. David Howie and Cody Sokolski helped take it up a notch with the debut of our project My New Guilty Pleasure. That really was a treat for me. Then, of course, my long lost brother Brian Leach made the whole night insane with the Last Gentlemen set! Wow! It was an amazing experience to share the stage with all of these gifted musicians and songwriters. Thanks also to our sound man Brad Jones for letting me relax knowing the mix was in good hands and to Dan, Mark and Bart from Full Throttle for the killer opening set! Next stop: ELLNORA. |
